Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated LKG Class Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our youngest students. The ideal candidate will be a creative, patient, and enthusiastic educator who can foster a love of learning and help children develop essential foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with our LKG curriculum. This includes activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, social, emotional, and fine motor skills development.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Establish and reinforce positive classroom rules and routines.
• Student Assessment: Observe and assess student progress to identify individual needs and learning styles. Keep accurate records of student development and communicate effectively with parents.
• Parent Communication: Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and by providing updates on their child’s progress.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development workshops and school-wide events. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children (ages 3-5) in a classroom setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
